Olha Krushelnytska

Olha Krushelnytska, CFA is the Nature Finance Lead at the Natural Capital Alliance at Stanford University. Her work focuses on mainstreaming natural capital approaches into development finance and country policy pathways, working with international financial institutions and governments to advance nature-positive finance outcomes.

In her prior leadership roles at the World Bank, the Global Environment Facility, and international climate finance platforms, Olha has helped design and oversee large-scale blended finance and capacity building programs and contributed to pioneering nature-linked investment instruments. Her work has supported governments, development banks, and institutional investors in mobilizing capital for biodiversity and climate priorities while strengthening financial performance and policy alignment.

Olha currently serves as a Board Director at The Ocean Foundation and is a CFA Charterholder. She holds master’s degrees from The Fletcher School at Tufts University and Lviv University (Ukraine), and has been a fellow at Kiel University, Harvard University, and Duke University. She is based in Washington, DC.
