Emily Davis

Emily Davis (she/her) is a software engineer for the Natural Capital Alliance, where she contributes to NatCap’s core software, including InVEST. She has been building software since 2016 and has deep expertise in user interface development, web accessibility, and the JavaScript ecosystem, thanks to eight years of experience as a front-end engineer. Prior to making a career shift into software engineering, Emily earned a B.A. in Spanish with a minor in Chemistry, an M.A. in Spanish, and an M.A. in Literary Translation Studies. She is currently pursuing a B.S. in Computer Science.
